Bu raporu da inceleyen daval\u0131 Dr&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. kanser te\u015fhisinin do\u011fru oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek m\u00fcvekkilemizi radyoterapi tedavisi i\u00e7in &#8230;&#8230;. E\u011fitim Hastanesi Onkoloji ve N\u00fckleer T\u0131p Merkezine sevk etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4-&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; Hastanesinde m\u00fcvekkilemizin tedavisine ba\u015flanmadan \u00f6nce m\u00fcvekkilemize yeni testler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ve bunun i\u00e7inde &#8230;&#8230;.&#8217;te kendisinden al\u0131nan materyalleri getirmesi gerekti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenmi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00fczerine &#8230;&#8230;.. Laboratuar\u0131ndan al\u0131nana materyaller incelenmek \u00fczere &#8230;&#8230;&#8230; Hastanesine g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve Hastane Labaratuvar\u0131nda incelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5-Muayene ve test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 neticesi &#8230;&#8230;. Hastanesi Onkoloji Klini\u011fi Doktoru m\u00fcvekkilemize kanser olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 beyan etmi\u015ftir. Kanser olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve yanl\u0131\u015f te\u015fhis&nbsp; sonucu g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fcn al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenen m\u00fcvekkilemiz b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fok ya\u015fayarak&nbsp; ma\u011fduriyetinin fark\u0131na varm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6-M\u00fcvekkilemiz bu geli\u015fmeler neticesinde hem bedensel hem de ruhsal anlamda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u015fi ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 da bu olay\u0131n sonucu olumsuz etkilenmi\u015fler, aile olarak \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc ve huzursuzluk ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. M\u00fcvekkilemiz hen\u00fcz 41 ya\u015f\u0131nda olup ileride ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 hayat\u0131nda gereksiz yere al\u0131nan g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fcn ac\u0131 ve elemini ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131, eksikli\u011fini hissedece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7-Ayr\u0131ca m\u00fcvekkilemiz hastane ila\u00e7 yol gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli masraflar yapmas\u0131yla maddi anlamda da kay\u0131plar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. M\u00fcvekkilemiz gereksiz olarak al\u0131nan g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fcn yerine hi\u00e7 olmazsa estetik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fczeltmek amac\u0131yla protez g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs yapt\u0131rmak ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 duymaktad\u0131r. Bunun maddi y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc m\u00fcvekkilemizin kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.
