Aksi takdirde feshin ge\u00e7ersizli\u011fi ve i\u015f\u00e7i lehine haks\u0131z yere tazminat \u00f6denmesi dahi g\u00fcndeme gelebilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine kiras\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demekte temerr\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015fen (geciken) bir kirac\u0131ya bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bir kira y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 2 kez kiras\u0131n\u0131 geciktirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in hakl\u0131 nedenle ihtarname g\u00f6nderilmesi durumunda kira y\u0131l\u0131 bitiminde tahliye davas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131labilecek olup ihtarname bu davan\u0131n adeta bir \u00f6n \u015fart\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka durumda da tahsil edilemeyen alacak hakk\u0131nda icra veya dava a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi yasal yollara ba\u015fvurulmadan \u00f6nce bor\u00e7lulara ihtarname g\u00f6nderilmesi s\u0131kl\u0131kla i\u015fe yarayabilmektedir. Bu noktada e\u011fer s\u00f6z konusu borcun vadesi yani \u00f6denece\u011fi tarih belirlenmemi\u015fe ancak bir ihtarname ile bor\u00e7ludan alacak talep edildikten yani bor\u00e7lu temerr\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra faiz istenebilecektir.
